Your license to use PhotoSlim, what happens to your photos, PhotoSlim Pro (a one-time purchase), and the limits of our liability.
These terms govern your use of PhotoSlim ("the app"), provided by Z-SOFT CO., LTD ("we"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or business use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. Your photos and the results
To meet the size or dimensions you choose, the app may reduce a photo's quality or resolution, and some photos cannot be made as small as requested. You are responsible for checking that a compressed photo meets the requirements of wherever you send it (file size, dimensions, format and so on).
The app never modifies your originals; compressed photos are saved as new copies. Photos deleted with "Delete originals" cannot be recovered by us, except where your device lets you restore them (for example from Recently Deleted).
Do not use the app to process or share photos you have no right to, or that invade someone else's privacy.
3. PhotoSlim Pro
- PhotoSlim Pro is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- On devices using the same Apple ID or Google account, "Restore purchase" unlocks it again at no extra cost.
- Payments and refunds follow Apple's or Google's terms. We cannot process refunds ourselves.
4. Your data
The app stores its data (settings, presets, history) only on your device, and we keep no backup. We are not responsible for data lost to a broken or lost device, or to deleting the app.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it fits a particular purpose, the quality of compressed photos, or that it works with every photo and every device. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when they are published on our website.
